The Appellee, Shelley Lawrence Newman, filed her application in the County Court at Law No. 3 of El Paso County, Texas, to be appointed Administratrix of the Estate of Victor William Newman, Deceased. After a contested hearing before the Court sitting without a jury, judgment was entered which found that Shelley Lawrence Newman was the common-law wife of the decedent and her application was granted. Findings of fact and conclusions of law were neither requested nor found. Both proof of the existence of the informal marriage under Sec. 1.91(a)(2), and the subsequent validation of the informal marriage under Sec. 2.22 of the Texas Family Code are involved. Harold R. Durr had been the temporary administrator of the Estate and he appeals. We affirm.
